Fall Football registration beings on Monday, July 7.

• Students must have an up-to-date physical on file prior to registering. Physical are valid for 3 years. Note- Parents are not able to upload this themselves. They can either email the form to ehsactivitiesandathletics@edinaschools.org or fax it to or 952-848-3818.
• If a student needs an updated physical they can bring this form to their doctor to fill out. We will also accept physicals from Target Minute Clinic, CVS or Walgreens.
• Fall sports begin the week of Monday, August 12. Students must be fully registered in order to participate in tryouts/practices.
• Students do not need to be registered to participate in Captain’s Practices. They must however turn-in this form at the first Captain Practice. 
• Families who are in need of financial assistance are encouraged to reach out to Christine Hanson or 952-848-3815.
• Student Managers must contact Christine Hanson or 952-848-3815 in order to be registered with your team. They will not be charged a registration fee.
